8 hours = a guaranteed 64 illustrations size 4×6
-About 50 illustrations will be completed on site during the cocktail & reception hours
-I will complete the remaining illustrations (up to 64) outside of cocktail hour & reception at home via photos.
-All additional guests beyond 64 illustrations will be $5 each or $10 per couple if desired
-FREE 11×14 illustration of Bride & Groom to be completed offsite without time constraints
-All remaining artwork will be shipped within 2-3 weeks to bride & groom’s address to distribute/mail to their guests.
-Option to complete addtl details at home studio available

FAQs
How long does it take?
It really depends on each event and unique situation, but mostly I can illustrate 8 guests per hour!
What if I want ALL of my guests illustrated?
You have options! Remember live art happens in real time therefore here are your options:
A) We can hire an additional illustrator to come to the event on average that costs between $100-$150 per hour.
B) We can provide stock illustrated wedding favors for the guests that did not receive an illustration, The fee for that is $1 per stock illustration. Inquire with me for what these can look like.
C) I can complete the remaining guests at home for $5 per person. They will be mailed to the bride & groom to distribute post event.
Remember, not ALL guests want a live illustration & it is an experience regardless how many people receive one.
Is this only for the guests or does the couple get one too?
The bride & groom will also receive one! If you are hiring me for a trunk show, fashion event, or brand event, you will also get one.
is this only for weddings?
NO! In fact, I have done several events such as brand awareness events, trunk shows, galas, fundraisers, and corporate events.
can you add backgrounds?
To ensure the most guests receive an illustration, I rarely add backgrounds but I can! Sometimes a limited, whimsical floral and nature background will be added if requested.
