If you would like to ensure ALL/MORE of your guests will be illustrated, you can book me for 8 hours , 64 illustrations

-About 50 illustrations will be completed on site during cocktail & reception

-I will complete the remaining portraits outside of cocktail hour & reception at home via photos.

-All additional guests beyond 64 illustrations will be $5 each or $10 per couple if desired

-All remaining artwork will be shipped within 2-3 weeks to bride & groom to distribute/mail to their guests.

The most common bookings are weddings however I am available for all event types where guests are expected who are dressed to impress! Some other events are: non-profits, galas, tournaments, brand awareness purposes, Quincineras, Bat-Mitzvah, Galas, assembly, and conventions.

As your artist, I engage with your guests and provide a wonderful source of entertainment while capturing their attire and likeness.

My illustrations are done via mixed- media including photography, sketching, and adding color with watercolor and/or acrylic paints.  They can be branded with your event name and date, and are the perfect take home pieces!

How it all began! A beautiful Custom Wedding illustration based off of your wedding photos with hand-painted elements added onto mixed-media, fine-art canvas paper. I layer multiple media types to create the perfect full body Wedding illustration with backgrounds.

Custom Wedding portraits are not done on site to ensure more time and detail is added without the time constraints of a live event.

I include one 8×10 size for all couples who book me as a live guest illustrator. Larger sizes are avaiilable for upgrade.

Bridal Party illustration is available as an add-on to any package!

-Your date is not 100% booked until a 25% deposit is received

-Remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event date

-I suggest booking 3-4 months out

-Sometimes, I might be able to create less or more illustrations than expected. This is due to guest requests, technology issues at the venue, or time interacting with guests. But don’t worry! I try to get all estimated illustrations completed!

-Travel to Martin, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade included. Saint Lucie County is available for an up-charge depending on the date and time of wedding.

-I will require a table and 3 chairs to be setup prior to my arrival. Table size at least 6 feet. (this helps me get to work quickly)

-I would need access to wifi for the event. This is due to illustrating digitally and traditionally for efficiency purposes for EACH illustration. If there is no wifi please let me now in advance.

--Guests will have their photo taken by me as reference, and will return in 15-20 mins to pick up their illustrations!

-You can request specific guests to be completed. Send me a list of VIP guests and we will get their photos taken first.

-Sometimes, facial details cannot be added for all guests due to time constraints. (this is common during live guest portraits) & the focus is more on the attire and likeness.
